CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

In the event you would like to cancel an order) please email help@shemaworldwide.com within 30 minutes of placing your order. We will not be able to accommodate order cancellations beyond this 30-minute window.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

All orders are processed and fulfilled for shipping within 1-5 business days. All estimated delivery dates are to be used as guides. Shema Worldwide is not responsible for any delays on orders.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. You may submit your own claims to the shipping carrier, and you must assume full responsibility.

ARE THERE DUTIES AND TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

All international orders may be subject to duties and taxes formed by the recipient country. You are responsible for all fees. Payment refusals will be considered forfeited and will not be eligible for refunds.
